<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive remodeling sash unit or the like with excellent workability and appearance, capable of providing a light transmitting area and a light shielding area on the inner peripheral side of an existing frame. <P>SOLUTION: The remodeling sash unit provided on the inner peripheral side of an existing frame of an existing sash includes: a remodeling light transmitting sash provided with a remodeling opening frame forming an opening smaller than an existing frame opening formed by the existing frame and a light transmitting surface member provided on the remodeling opening frame and having translucency; a remodeling light shielding panel provided with a remodeling outer area frame provided in an area excluding an area occupied by the remodeling light transmitting sash in the area on the inner peripheral side of the existing frame opening, and a light shielding surface member for covering and closing the inner side of the remodeling outer area frame and having light shielding property; and a joint member for joining the remodeling light transmitting sash and the remodeling light shielding panel to the existing frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
