Disclosed are an interactive service system, an interactive system and an interaction method thereof, wherein the interactive system includes a service system, a modem and a terminal device. The service system provides a service item. The service item includes video streams and options. The modem is coupled with the service system via a network. The modem transmits data according to different priorities. The terminal device is coupled with the modem. The terminal device transmits a selected result provided by a user according to the options by setting the same as the highest priority. The service system generates response data according to the selected result and transmits the same to the terminal device by way of unicast.
