摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging connection device capable of automatically discriminating a usable current value corresponding to a socket and safely performing charging. <P>SOLUTION: The charging connection device for charging an electric vehicle includes: a first connection end to be connected to a vehicle; a second connection end to be connected to a power source; and a charging control unit (CCID) provided on a power feed route for feeding power from the second connection end to the first connection end, for opening and closing the power feed route and transmitting information of an upper limit value of a power feed current to the vehicle. The second connection end includes a plug to be connected to the power source, and the plug is configured such that a shape of a connection part to the power source can be selected from a plurality of shapes.
