<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balanced-type bulk elastic wave filter device having a balanced-unbalanced conversion function, and improving balance characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A bulk elastic wave filter device 1 comprises: a balanced signal terminal 10; a first and a second unbalanced signal terminals 11 and 12; a balanced-type bulk elastic wave filter section 20; a first electric wiring 41; and a second electric wiring 42. The bulk elastic wave filter section 20 is connected to a position between the balanced signal terminal 10, and the first and the second unbalanced signal terminals 11 and 12. The bulk elastic wave filter section 20 has a balanced-unbalanced conversion function. The first electric wiring 41 connects between the bulk elastic wave filter section 20 and the first unbalanced signal terminal 11. The second electric wiring 42 connects between the bulk elastic wave filter section 20 and the second unbalanced signal terminal 12.
