<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switchgear which reduces a controller's burden for preparing failure by including multiple switch units which are compatible with each other in a housing and connecting the multiple switch units. <P>SOLUTION: A vacuum insulation switchgear includes multiple compatible switch units 1a, 1b which respectively include vacuum switches 6a, 6b including power-on, interruption, ground functions and three position type aerial disconnector switches 7a, 7b in a housing 5.
