PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a panel interval of an imaging object is provided to accurately confirm and inspect a reference interval between backlights and edge end parts of display panels by photographing edges of an imaging object where the backlights and display panels are laminated. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting a panel interval of an imaging object comprises a reference blade(1), a frame(2), a camera(3), and a determining unit. A middle part of the reference blade is bent at a right angle, thereby being closely adhered to an edge of an imaging object composed of laminated first panels and second panels. The frame is outwardly extended in the upper part of an edge portion of the reference blade. The camera is installed in the frame, thereby photographing the edge of the imaging object. The determining unit determines the accuracy of a centering between the first and second panels using images with respect to an interval of edge end parts of the first and second panels of the imaging object obtained by photographing using the camera.
