PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a plastic solar cell using a layered substrate and the plastic solar cell manufactured by the same are provided to increase the reliability of a process since a wet etching method in which process control is complicated is not used to eliminate a lower substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film(210) is laminated on a mica substrate(100). A first type doped layer(220) is laminated on the transparent conductive film. An intrinsic layer(230) is laminated on the first type doped layer. A second type doped layer(240) is laminated on the intrinsic layer. A top electrode layer(250) is laminated on a p-type doped layer.
