<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect only polarity change components of preamble by removing an influence of polarity change by phase rotation by a transmission band by easier circuit structure. <P>SOLUTION: Mutual correlation between a received symbol and a preamble pattern is calculated by a correlation operation part 21, and complex multiplication between its correlation output and delay output obtained by delaying the correlation output by a symbol delay circuit 22 is calculated by a complex multiplier 23.
