PURPOSE: A forming mold for producing a brightness enhancement film and a brightness enhancement film manufactured by the same are provided to quantitatively manufacture a film and to process a reproducible surface patterns on the film. CONSTITUTION: A forming mold(100) for producing a brightness enhancement film comprises a bead included in a high molecular resin film. The bead is coated or adhered to a surface of the high molecular resin film. The hardness of a coating layer or an adhesive layer formed by being coated or adhered is higher than that of a first supporting film and a second supporting film(220).
