PURPOSE: A protection structure of a sprinkler head for a fume duct of a semiconductor is provided to effectively extinguish fire in an early state of fire. CONSTITUTION: A protection structure of a sprinkler head for a fume duct of a semiconductor comprises a fixed flange, a mounting block(200), a vinyl cover(300), a fixing unit(400), and a separation unit(500). The fixed flange is inserted into the outer circumference of the mounting pipe and is combined. In the mounting block, the fixed flange is coupled with the upper side thereof and a pipe hole is formed in the middle thereof. The vinyl cover is formed in the shape of a bag covering the mounting pipe and a sprinkler head. In the fixing unit, a connecting unit is installed in the lower part of the peripheral thereof.
