METHOD FOR IDENTIFICATION OF INDIVIDUAL FUNCTION OF TRANSFORMATION OF A MULTI-PARAMETER SENSOR

Disclosed is a method for identification of individual function of transformation of a multiparameter sensor by results of its verification in a decreased number of points wherein the results of verification in points where verification has not been carried are predicted through processing real results of verification. Prediction of the results of verification in points where verification has not been performed is carried out by means of a set of neuron networks trained on the results of previous verification of a group of one-type multiparameter sensors in number of points sufficient for identification of individual function of transformation of multiparameter sensors of that type with given accuracy. For the prediction of results of verification in each point one uses a separate neuron network trained on the results of verification at which meanings of physical values belong to a strictly defined set of verification points with respect to the point for which results of verification are predicted.
