PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for managing a magnetic substance within a minesweeper are provided to control the location of all magnetic substances in real time by attaching an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) sensor to the all magnetic substances. CONSTITUTION: A list of a magnetic substance which is a managed object within a minesweeper is listed(S110). An RFID sensor is attached to the magnetic substance(S120). Location information of the magnetic substance is offered through a tactic data processing device(S130). The location of the magnetic substance within the minesweeper is determined(S140). A ship is driven in case the magnetic substance is located in the predetermined position(S150). An operation launches(S160). An automatic warring is offered through the tactic data processing device in case the magnetic substance is not located in the predetermined position device(S170). The safety of the minesweeper is checked(S180).
