PURPOSE: A thermoplastic polymer-carbon nanotube composite is provided to easily and uniformly disperse carbon nanotube into a polymer resin, and to be able to manufacture a thermoplastic polymer-carbon nanotube composite with excellent electric conductivity and mechanical strength by using only a small amount of expensive carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a thermoplastic polymer-carbon nanotube composite comprises: a step of preheating a thermoplastic polymer resin; a step of spreading oil on the surface of the preheated thermoplastic polymer resin; and a step of adding and mixing fluidized-bed multiwall carbon nanotubes into the polymer resin spread by the oil; and a step of melting and extruding the mixture. The thermoplastic polymer resin is polycarbonate. The oil is paraffin based alkali family oil. The density of the fluidized-bed multiwall carbon nanotube is 0.015-0.05 g/cm^3. |
