A method for dental clinical examination of school children comprises the detection of clinical signs by visual inspection tool using basic dental instruments and examination of the distribution of children for medical examination by group of age and intensity of dental caries. In addition, using the calculated algorithm the distribution of degrees of caries activity the outpatient group are formed, and thus to the I degree of caries activity children 5-10 years with CPV + kn = 4 teeth and 11-13 years with CPV + kp = 3 teeth are assigned, to the II degree of caries activity children 5-6 years with CPV + kp = 5.8 teeth, 7-10 and 14-16 years with CPV + kp = 5.7 teeth and 7-10 years at CFR = 7.5 teeth are assigned, to the III degree of caries activity children 5-6 years with CPV + kp> 8 teeth, 11-13 years with CPV + kp> 5 teeth, 7-10 and 14-16 years with CPV + CP> 7 teeth are assigned. |
