A device for hydrogenation of silicon tetrachloride comprises housing with means for supply of gas-vapor mixture of primary products and outlet of gas-vapor mixture of reaction products, and also heaters from carbon-carbon material, adjusted inside the housing and connected with current leads, coming out of the housing, and also heaters are connected in pairs with graphite bridge and contain at least two heating plates, adjusted at an angle to each other and joined with the help of one connector. |
