PURPOSE: A vehicle seat height adjusting device is provided to prevent the damage of a gear and inaccurate power transferring by an existing set screw supporting load for reducing the number of components. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seat height adjusting device comprises a motor(12), a worm wheel, a lead screw(14), a lead nut(15), a plate, and an elastic member. The motor is coupled with a housing(11). The worm wheel is installed in the housing and transfers the torque of the motor. The lead screw is coupled with the worm wheel and a rolling member. The lead nut is moved back and forth linearly according to the rotation of the lead screw. The plate bears load by being contacted with the rolling member. The elastic member is supported by the worm wheel and prevents the clearance between the rolling member and the plate.
