PURPOSE: A damper structure for an exhaust pipe connected to a vertical ventilation duct is provided to efficiently ventilate an indoor space and to cut off exhaust gas flowing backward through a vertical ventilation duct. CONSTITUTION: A damper structure for an exhaust pipe connected to a vertical ventilation duct comprises a damper housing(10), an opening and closing damper plate(LD), and a closing damper plate(FD). The damper housing is connected to a vertical ventilation duct and has an internal air passage. The opening and closing damper plate is rotatably installed through a rotary shaft(H) inside the damper housing and opens and closes a part of the air passage of the damper housing. The closing damper plate is hung on the rotary shaft and closes the opened part of the air passage regardless of the rotation of the rotary shaft.
