PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic property and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the proceeability and productivity of electrical steel sheets by optimizing components of Al(Aluminum), Si(Silicon), Mn(Manganese), N(Nitrogen), and S(Sulfur). CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic property is as follows. A slab is made of Al 1.0~3.0wt.%, Si 2.3~3.5wt.%, Mn 0.5~2.0wt.%, N 0.001~0.004wt.%, S 0.0005~0.004wt.%, residual Fe(Iron), and inevitable impurities. The Al, Mn, and N satisfy the empirical formula; {[Al]+[Mn]}Δ3.5, 0.002Δ{[N]+[S]}Δ0.006, 300Δ{([Al]+[Mn])/([N]+[S])}Δ1,400. The slab is heated, hot-rolled, and cold-rolled at initial temperature. The initial temperature of cold-rolling is more than 100×(0.7×[Si]+0.6×[Al])/3.3. A cold-rolled plate is finally annealed. |
