PURPOSE: A roaming service control system and method thereof are provided to prohibit the transmission and reception of a terminal by transmitting a roaming location registration success message to an exchanger by creating the roaming location registration success message. CONSTITUTION: A relay location register(240) transmits a roaming location registration request message to an HLR(Home Location Register)(310) registered by a terminal(100) of a home network service provider. The relay location register receives a roaming location registration denial message from the HLR. In case the service provider of the HLR is an unfriendly registered service provider, the relay location register transmits a roaming location registration success message to an exchanger(230). The roaming location registration success message is established in order to prohibit the transmission and reception of the terminal. |
