<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fee management system for a parking lot and an apparatus therefor in which, when a predetermined parking fee is paid as a parking fee, further charging on the same vehicle which enters and leaves the parking lot multiple times within a predetermined time is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: A fee management system for a parking lot comprises a card-like information storage medium which is continuously lent to a user who utilizes a parking lot and on which parking related information is freely written and read, card-like information storage medium processing means, a vehicle entrance gate, and a vehicle exit gate. In the parking lot management system, regarding one or more times of parking within a parking execution month, if a monthly upper limit parking fee is paid within a predetermined month, for a cumulative amount of paid parking fees, the parking lot is configured not to charge the entrance and exit of the vehicle after the time point when the predetermined monthly upper limit parking fee is paid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
