Provided is a housing device for accommodating and protecting a circuit board from shocks and vibrations to the device. A housing device (100) for a circuit board is provided with: a circuit board (1); an elastic member (2) which grips the peripheral edge section of the circuit board (1) in the thickness direction of the circuit board (1); and a case body comprising an upper case (3) and a lower cover (5) which are assembled in the thickness direction of the circuit board (1) and accommodate the circuit board (1) and at least part of the elastic member (2). The upper case (3) and the lower cover (5) are assembled by the portion of the elastic member (2) gripping the peripheral edge section of the circuit board (1) being gripped in the thickness direction of the circuit board (1), and the upper case (3) and the lower cover (5) thereby accommodate the circuit board (1) therein.
