PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody energy effectively utilizing system in which the utilization of a forest resource is effectively and continuously executed.

SOLUTION: Remainder material information 10 concerning remainder materials produced in cutting down forests is transmitted to a municipal main management computer 3 through the Internet 1 and stored. A municipality creates outline information of the remainder materials in its own website 12 on the Internet on the basis of remainder material information 10 and discloses it on a remainder material information inserting page. An applicant for woody remainder materials accesses the remainder material information inserting page of the website 12 through an Internet network from his/her own personal computer 13 and 14. The applicant for the woody remainder materials can browse detailed remainder material information by inputting his/her individual information into the remainder material information inserting page from the his/her own personal computer 13 and 14 if there is useful information for him/her.
