<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control noise current by being provided above a first power supply layer or a second power supply layer of a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A noise suppression structure includes at least two metal surfaces 111 and 113 provided separately from a first power supply layer or a second power supply layer.
