<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber die for light irradiation molding capable of increasing the intensity of light irradiating a thermoplastic resin in a cavity and capable of enhancing the durability thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber die 1 for light irradiation molding includes light transmitting properties and is configured so as to absorb transmitted light by the thermoplastic resin 8 arranged in the cavity 11. The rubber die 1 is constituted of a plurality of rubber die parts 1A and 1B divided by forming mutually opposed dividing surfaces 12 in the periphery of the cavity 11. The plurality of rubber die parts 1A and 1B are composed by forming a general portion 2 made of a transparent or translucent rubber material having light transmitting properties and the heat-resistant rubber layer 3 positioned on the inner wall surface of the cavity 11 and made of a rubber material more excellent than the rubber material composing the general portion 2 in heat resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
