<p>Optical duplexer apparatus for simultaneously transmitting and receiving laser beams, which apparatus is used to simplify the problems of alignment between distant optical transceivers and comprises: a retro-reflector tube (5); a polarizing prism (13) for: dividing the transmitted laser beam (2SP) into two beams (2P,2S) which are linearly polarized in perpendicular planes, directing only the reflected component (2S) to the retro-reflector (5); dividing the received laser beam (2'SP) from the retro-reflector (5) into two beams (2'P, 2'S) which are linearly polarized in perpendicular planes, directing only the refracted component (2'P) to the receiver (52); a diverging lens (14) which is situated between the polarizing prism (13) and the retro-reflector (5) and is responsible for: receiving the reflected component (2S) of the transmitted laser beam (2SP) from the polarizing prism (13) and adapting said component to the focal plane of the retro-reflector (5); receiving and collimating the received laser beam (2'SP) from the retro-reflector (5) and directing said beam to the polarizing prism (13).</p> |
