<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast slab withdrawing apparatus for a continuous casting facility, which does not apply excessive pressing force to a cast slab and a dummy bar. <P>SOLUTION: In the cast slab withdrawing apparatus 12 for a continuous casting facility which withdraws a dummy bar D while holding it, pressure side rolls 5b, 7b include fluid pressure cylinders 8b, 9b of applying dummy bar holding pressure, respectively, further, source pressure side fluid pipe lines 16, 21b, 22b of supplying fluid pressure to the fluid pressure cylinders 8b, 9b are provided with: a first pressure reduction unit 18b; pressure drop detection units 27b, 28b; a pipe line blocking unit 23b interposed in the source pressure side of the pressure drop detection units 27b, 28b and blocking the source pressure side fluid pipe line 21 in which the drop of the holding pressure is detected; and bypass units 17b, 19b of blocking the source pressure side fluid pipe line 21b and simultaneously making the dummy bar holding pressure pass through the source pressure side fluid pipe line side 22b in which the drop of the holding pressure is not detected, when the drop of the holding pressure is detected in the source side fluid pipe line 21b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
