<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that easily provides consumers potentially wishing to receive counseling of experts with counseling services, and that allows manufacturing companies to contribute to the society by bearing costs for consumers to receive counseling. <P>SOLUTION: A system for providing point system counseling services has a host server 4 for managing points issued by manufacturing companies manufacturing products to customers who have bought products by mail order and charges manufacturing companies which have issued points for counseling service fees.
