<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat ray shielding film which is excellent in a heat ray shielding property, especially a heat insulation property, can be inexpensively manufactured, and suppresses the generation of an interference fringe or color unevenness; a heat ray shielding glass; and a multi-layered glass. <P>SOLUTION: A heat ray shielding film 10 includes a base material film 13, and a heat ray reflection layer 14 made from conductive polymers provided on a surface of the base material film 13. An interference preventive layer 15 is formed between the base material film 13 and the heat ray reflection layer 14. A refraction factor (n<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) of the interference preventive layer 15 is lower than a refraction factor (n<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) of the base material film 13, and higher than a refraction factor (n<SB POS="POST">3</SB>) of the heat ray reflection layer 14.
