PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flexible display device is provided to crystallize an amorphous silicon layer to a polysilicon layer without expensive laser equipment by performing a low temperature dehydrogenation process in an active layer. CONSTITUTION: A sacrificial layer(112) is formed on a substrate(110). A polyimide film(114) is formed on the sacrificial layer. A buffer film(116) is formed on the polyimide film. An active layer(118) is formed on the buffer film. An operation layer(120) is formed on the active layer. A marking layer(122) is formed on the active layer.
