<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press device in which the largest load exerted on a workpiece during press forming can be decreased. <P>SOLUTION: A press device 10 for press-forming a workpiece inserted between an upper die 30 and a lower die 40 includes a plurality of driving units 20 and a controller. The driving units 20 support a part of the upper die 30 and a part of the lower die 40 and vertically move the part of the upper die 30 and/or the part of the lower die 40 so that the upper die 30 and the lower die 40 approach or leave from each other. The controller controls the drive of the plurality of driving units 20 independently respectively so that, during the press-forming a workpiece, the upper die 30 and the lower die 40 are mutually approached while swinging the upper die 30 and/or the lower die 40 when the workpiece comes into contact with the upper die 30 and the lower die 40, thereby press-forming the workpiece inserted between the upper die 30 and the lower die 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
