<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress melting of an insulator due to heat of a core during welding, and to prevent the insulator from being broken by thermal deformation of the core during the welding. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary fluid machine (1) includes: a cylindrical casing (2); a stator (11) including a core (13, 43) formed in a cylindrical shape inserted into the casing (2) and having both ends of the outer circumferential surface in the axial direction fixed to the casing (2) via a welding part (5) and insulators (14 and 15, 44 and 45) fixed to both end faces of the core (13, 43) in the axial direction, respectively; and a rotor (12) inserted into the stator (11) and rotating and driving a fluid mechanism (20). Opening grooves (14d and 15d, 43c and 43d) are formed on the portions of the outer circumferential surface of the stator (11) that are in contact with the core (13, 43) and the insulators (14 and 15, 44 and 45). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
