摘要 The present invention relates to an automatic mechanical transmission which can transmit power using a gearshift output synchronous gear mounted on a hollow output shaft. Further, the present invention relates to an automatic mechanical transmission which can automatically control the sensing of the RPM of an engine and the amount of torque at a rotary shaft, and shift gears based on an operating state of a vehicle in a completely mechanical manner. The mechanical transmission of the present invention comprises: a hollow output shaft rotatably fixed at a housing; a plurality of gearshift input gears mounted on an input shaft; a plurality of gearshift output synchronous gears connected to the respective gearshift input gears so as to receive rotating force, and rotatably mounted on the output shaft; a gearshift spool which is arranged within the hollow interior of the output shaft, such that the gear shift spool is axially movable and rotates together with the output shaft, and either axial end of which has a tapered surface; and a plurality of synchronous clutch means arranged on the output shaft on which the gearshift output synchronous gears are mounted. In addition, the mechanical transmission of the present invention includes RPM-detecting means and torque-detecting means for detecting variations in RPM and torque in a mechanical manner, and automatically controls the shifting of gears in a mechanical manner using means for automatically controlling displacement coupling. Thus, incidents such as a sudden unintended acceleration caused by defects in an electronic gearshift control device may be prevented, and energy efficiency may be improved.
