Provided is a rubber stopper for a vial using a plurality of rubbers to prevent coring and sticking to a presser plate. The rubber stopper for a vial of the present invention comprises: a cap section having a flange; a puncture area formed so as to have a recess at the top surface of the cap section and formed so as to cut the cap section vertically in the axial direction from the recess to the bottom surface; and a leg portion disposed at a position outside of the puncture area with respect to the axis of the cap section and formed so as to project downwards at the bottom surface of the cap section. The puncture area is formed of rubber having rubber hardness between 20 and 35, and the top surface, other than the recess, of the cap section is formed of rubber having rubber hardness between 58 and 90.
