PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a fabric for a civil structure containing cellulose fibers is provided to enhance excellent shape stability and shock absorption. CONSTITUTION: A fabric for a hybrid geotextile is fabricated using cellulose fibers as a warp and hybrid fibers of cellulose fibers and synthetic fibers as a weft. The synthetic fiber is polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, polyacryl nitrile, nylon, or aramid. The cellulose hybrid fiber is fabricated by doubling and twisting the cellulose fibers and synthetic fibers in a weight ratio of 1:1-1:2. The fineness of the synthetic fiber is 500-20,000 deniers. An apparatus for fabricating the cellulose fibers comprises: a gear pump(1), a spinneret(2), and first and second solidifying baths(4,8). |
