PURPOSE: An intermediate drive device of a medical and health bicycle is provided to increase exercise efficiency of a user through a bicycle. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate drive device of a medical and health bicycle comprises a forward rotation driving unit(10), a reverse rotation drive unit(20), and a gear fixing unit(30). The forward rotation driving unit is comprised of a pair of driving forward rotation gears, a forward rotation sub-driving gear, and a gear cover. The reverse rotation drive unit is comprised of a pair of reverse driving gears and a gear cover. The gear fixing unit is comprised of a pulley for a drum and a pulley for a crank.
