PURPOSE: An air cavity ship building method for controlling ship water lines and air cavity ship thereof are provided to control dynamic trim angle by changing locations of various tanks within an air cavity ship. CONSTITUTION: The concept of an air cavity ship is extracted. The hull structure of the air cavity ship is embodied. A production plan is established according to the building of the air cavity ship. Production information for building the air cavity ship is extracted. A stop state plan ship water line is controlled in a basic establishment step by changing the arrangement of main facilities and main engines.
