PURPOSE: An acoustic reflection device having an illuminating member is provided to simplify an installation of an acoustic reflection device and to reduce a storage space. CONSTITUTION: An acoustic reflection device having an illuminating member comprises a first acoustic reflection plate(30), a second acoustic reflection plate(40), a third acoustic reflection plate(50), and a plurality of LED light sources. The first acoustic reflection plate is perpendicularly arranged on the ground. The acoustic reflection plate is arranged to be vertically moved with respect to the first acoustic reflection plate. The third acoustic reflection plate is arranged in the upper part of the second acoustic reflection plate so that the angle of gradient is controlled. The LED light sources are mounted in a front surface of the third acoustic reflection plate.
