PURPOSE: A construction method of a micro-pile is provided to transfer a high load to a micro-pile by integrating high-strength epoxy grout injected ito a core hole on the inner wall of footing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a micro-pile is as follows. A core hole is bored in footing concrete to expose the footing ground to the outside(S1). A borehole is formed by boring the footing ground to a specific depth(S2). A micro-pile is inserted into the borehole(S3). Cement grout is injected into the borehole(S4). High-strength epoxy grout is spread on the inner wall of the footing concrete which forms the core hole(S5). The high-strength epoxy grout is injected into the core hole to cover the head of the micro-pile exposed to the outside the borehole(S6). |
