PURPOSE: A wicker tray for rapidly freezing dried yellow corvina is provided to prevent the dried yellow corvina from being pressurized when laminating trays in multiple layers. CONSTITUTION: A wicker tray for rapidly freezing dried yellow corvina includes a base plate(20) with vent holes(21, 31), and side plates(30). Support protrusions(32) are formed on each corner of the side plates. A downward protrusion is located on the bottom edge of the base plate. A stopper protrusion is formed in between the bottom of the support protrusions and the downward protrusion. The wicker tray(10) is arranged in multiple layers by mounting another wicker tray on top. The downward protrusion formed on the wicker tray located on the upper side is fitted to the inner surface(35) of the support protrusions formed on the wicker tray located on the lower side. |
