<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen display device including a touch driving power source unit is provided to convert a TSP(Touch Screen Panel) from a sleep mode into a wakeup mode by supplying driving power source from a touch driving power source unit. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit unit senses touch and converts a TSP from a sleep mode into a wakeup mode. The driving circuit unit senses touch and includes a touch controlling unit and a touch driving power source unit for generating touch data based on a sensing result. The touch driving power source unit supplies the driving power source to the touch controlling unit.</p> |
