PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solid type secondary battery is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by containing silicon compounds with a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and to manufacture a solid type secondary battery without causing environmental problems. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid type secondary battery comprises: a step of forming a positive electrode current collecting layer(2) on a substrate(1) by metal sputtering; a step of forming a positive electrode layer(3) by a vacuum deposition of silicon nitride(Si2N3); a step of forming a non-aqueous electrolyte layer(4) on the positive electrode layer by coating; a step of forming a negative electrode layer on the non-aqueous electrolyte layer by vacuum deposition of silicon carbide(Si2C); and a step of forming a negative electrode current collecting layer by metal sputtering. |
