<p>PURPOSE: An optical sensing unit and a video display device using the same are provided to simplify a video display device capable of detecting a touch operation by configuring touch sensors. CONSTITUTION: An infrared sensor module(20) is installed on corners of the flat display panel. The infrared sensor module is connected to a touch controller(60).
