INTEGRATED THIN FILM PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An integrated thin film photovoltaic module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve efficiency of a module by serially connecting unit cells in a photovoltaic module through a point contact. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A first separation groove passes through the first electrode while being formed along a first line. A photoelectric transformation layer(300) is formed on the first separation groove and the first electrode. A transparent electrode layer is formed on the photoelectric transformation layer. A plurality of second separation grooves passes through the photoelectric transformation layer and the transparent electrode layer. The plurality of second separation grooves is formed on one side of the first line.
