PURPOSE: A jig for testing rigidity of a multi exterior plate of a vehicle is provided to easily test rigidity of an exterior plate in a small space and to perform a test with only displacing a mounting jig because the exterior plate is mounted when testing rigidity of a vertical type exterior. CONSTITUTION: A jig for testing rigidity of a multi exterior plate of a vehicle comprises a main plate(100), a sub-plate(200), a fixed hinge part(300), and a movable hinge part(400). The main plate comprising a plurality of through-holes(110) is formed to be corresponded to a pair of main jig joining holes(120) in both sides of a lower plate. The sub-plate is assembled in the lower part of the main plate. The fixed hinge unit is attached in upper both sides of the sub-plate to be faced each other by a sub-joining plate(310). A plurality of angle adjusting holes(350) is formed around a hinge shaft hole(320). A pin hole corresponding to the angle adjusting hole is formed in the movable hinge part. The pin hole is joined to the fixed hinge unit by a hinge to fix an adjusting angle when a joining pin is fitted into the pin hole. |
