<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solidly joint both ends of sheet-like rubber members. <P>SOLUTION: A jointing device for jointing both ends of the sheet-like rubber members 130 includes paired intermeshing gear-like jointing rollers 112, and a bracket 114 for attaching and housing the jointing rollers 112. The jointing rollers 112 each includes intermeshing teeth 112a disposed evenly spaced along a peripheral edge of a circular disk, and has a tool for pressing a spherical portion including a meshing portion of the paired jointing rollers 112 on jointing end parts of the sheet-like rubber members disposed on a shape forming drum, and a tool for moving the jointing rollers on the sheet-like rubber member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
