<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat devised so as not to become an obstacle to traffic of a walk-through space, even if a headrest for a central sitter is arranged. <P>SOLUTION: This seat has laterally divided seats 1L and 1R, and is set so that three persons in total can be seated by straddling the left side seat 1L, the right side seat 1R and the center of both these seats 1L and 1R. The seat is provided so that the walk-through space S is formed between separated both seats 1L and 1R by sliding the left side seat 1L in the left direction L. The headrest 1c for the central sitter for seating by straddling the center of both seats 1L sand 1R is laterally divided, and is respectively supported by an upper part of a corresponding seat back of both seats 1L and 1R.
