PURPOSE: A cutting and bonding apparatus for a duct panel and a method using the same are provided to produces a duct of a uniform quality in an assembly by forming a cutting groove on a duct panel at predetermined depth. CONSTITUTION: A cutting and bonding apparatus for a duct panel(1) comprises a base frame(100) and a cutting unit(200). The base frame comprises a supporting plate and rotating roller unit. The duct panel is placed on the supporting plate and the rotating roller unit moves the duct panel. The cutting unit is installed in one side of the base frame and forms a cutting groove along a longitudinal direction of the duct panel. The cutting unit comprises a guide bar(210), a cutting mold(220), and a cutting jig(230). Scales are marked on the guide bar. The cutting mold is installed in the guide bar to be moved. A blade(202) of the cutting jig is arranged in a V shape toward the duct panel.
