<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a graphic mode or the like for reproducing an image of a graphic. <P>SOLUTION: A device plane storing the graphic, video or an image of a background is a storage region where an L region storing an image for L and an R region storing an image for R are arranged side by side. A configuration of the device plane is defined for the whole device plane being the storage region of the images for two screens. The configuration of the device plane includes the graphic mode or the like, and a configuration mode setting API sets the graphic mode, a video mode and a background mode.
