<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship in which a fuel tank is disposed so that the weight of the ship body can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: An engine 13 is mounted in a rear part of the ship body 11, and a plurality of sections A, B, C, D and E are formed by partition walls in the ship body 11. Fuel tanks 14 are disposed in the center sections of the sections B, C at the center of the ship body 11 in the longitudinal direction thereof to store LNG. The other sections A, D, E, and the sections other than the center sections of the sections B and C serve as cargo tanks to store crude oil. The fuel tanks storing LNG are disposed in the vicinity of the center position of the longitudinal direction of the ship body, therefore, stress that deforms the center section downward in the longitudinal direction of the ship body is not easily received, and the weight of the ship body can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
