<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejecting head, liquid ejecting apparatus and piezoelectric element, which can reduce a leakage current and improve the insulation. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting head I includes: a pressure generating chamber 12 communicating with a nozzle opening 21; a first electrode 60 containing platinum; a piezoelectric layer 70 composed of an oxide containing potassium, sodium, niobium, bismuth, and iron, which is formed on the first electrode 60; and the piezoelectric element 300 having a second electrode 80 formed on the piezoelectric layer 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
